Vice President, Research and Development

Mike joined Z Corporation in 1995 and was part of the design team on the first ever Z Corp. 3D printer.  Since then he has held a variety of technical and operational roles focused on building the company’s worldwide manufacturing and customer service capability, including Vice President of Operations.  In his current position Mike leads the Z Corp. Research and Development team, guiding new product development for the next generation of printers, materials and software.

Before joining Z Corporation, Mike worked at Lockheed Martin Corporation in both their Missile Systems Division and the world renowned Skunk Works, where he was involved in the design and manufacture of advanced aircraft, spacecraft, and marine systems. He has a B.S. in both Aerospace Engineering and Life Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
