Director of Operations

Reporting directly to John Kawola and with over 20 years of manufacturing management experience, Matthew is responsible for all of Z Corporation’s manufacturing and operations.  In this role, Matthew drives  manufacturing, as well as inventory management, spare parts refurbishment and manages Z Corporation’s Print Services and Rapid Retail Groups.  Matthew also has critical responsibility for facilitating the transition of new products from development through ramp up and to successful deployment at the customer site. Matthew joined Z Corporation in 2000, and led Z Corporation to winning the highly prestigious 2006 Northeast Bronze Shingo™ Prize for excellence in manufacturing.  Prior to joining Z Corporation, Matthew served as the Materials Manager for Thornton Inc., where he managed the purchasing department and inventory management.
