Responsibilities

• Drive pan-Europe marketing for a geography with sales equal to the United States
• Market Research - build relationships with sales managers, sales coordinators, dealer channel, and customers to gain understanding or regional requirements and opportunities
• Implement marketing programs in support of company goals for revenue, lead generation, and market awareness. Define marketing mix of corporate, COOP, and partner activities
• Events - manage corporate trade shows and seminars from planning through execution
• Manage channel partner COOP program, identifying areas for cooperation with dealers and distributors, administering COOP funding, and tracking return on investments
• Manage strategic partnerships, building relationships with representatives of software and hardware business partners, and executing cooperative marketing activities
• Ensure consistency with Corporate Marketing priorities, communication standards, and brand image
• Translation - manage relationship with translation vendors to convert English language tools for local use
• Management - maintain programs dashboard and communicate key performance metrics. Develop budget and manage to projected spending. Source and direct marketing service providers.
• Jointly manage Sales & Marketing Coordinator based in Denmark (a resource)

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience driving pan-Europe marketing operations for a technology business / service
• B.A. in English, Communications, Marketing or Journalism
• Desire for frequent travel (as much as 40%)
• Ability to operate in a rapid-growth environment, adapt tactics with changing conditions, and overcome common company growing pains
